Any cost changes due to tariffs and/or taxes associated with airlines, hotels, cruises or currency fluctuations will be absorbed by ASIAQUEST TOURS. This is our ‘peace of mind’ promise to you, our valued clients.

 Amendment Fees

Any amendment made to a confirmed tour or flight itinerary before full payment will result in an amendment fee of $50.00 per person. Transferring from one tour to another tour will incur a $150.00 fee per person. Once international and domestic flights have been issued there are no changes allowed. Any changes or amendments made by the passenger at that time will be at their expense.

Group Size

ASIAQUEST TOURS requires a minimum 10 and a maximum of 18 passengers to operate any of our group tours. If we are unable to book at least 10 passengers on any given tour departure, we may still agree to run the tour by providing local guides only (and not a National Escort), to accompany the tour. Alternatively ASIAQUEST TOURS reserves the right to cancel trip/tour.

International Flights and Airfares

Most of our tours fly with Singapore Airlines to ASIA, departing from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane & Adelaide. Passengers flying with Thai Airways to some destinations may require additional accommodation in Bangkok at extra cost. Once ticketed, airfares are non refundable and cannot be changed. Any changes to airlines’ flight schedules are outside the control of ASIAQUEST TOURS but may affect our tour operation. In case of any flight schedule changes, ASIAQUEST TOURS cannot be held responsible, but will make every effort to find the most suitable flight connection in accordance with the itinerary. Any additional costs incurred as a result of this event are at the expense of the passenger.

Fuel Levy Surcharges and Taxes on International and Domestic flights

The cost of each tour is based on international exchange rates as of February 2016. Fuel levy surcharges and taxes are added to the cost of your airline ticket. These charges can vary at any time between booking your tour and the ticket being issued; ASIAQUEST TOURS WILL ABSORB ANY CHANGES TO FUEL LEVY SURCHARGES AND TAXES for tours in the 2016/17 brochure.

 Cancellations & Refunds

Once we receive confirmation of tour cancellation in writing, we will refund the amount you have paid, less cancellation fees (see below), based on tour departure dates. Please note that a cancellation will only be acknowledged when it is received in writing

ASIAQUEST TOURS will not be responsible for expenses resulting in such persons being precluded from completing the tour for any such reason.
